You can exchange any piece within 7 days of delivery.
Wrong size, or it does not look the way you expected: message us on Messenger, WhatsApp or by phone with your order number. We send the replacement and collect the original at the same visit. You pay only the delivery charge.
If the piece arrived damaged or is not what you ordered, we replace it or refund you in full, including delivery.
Refunds are sent to bKash or Nagad within 3 working days of the piece reaching us.
